Diane's Success Story

My name is Diane and I am 56 years old. I have always done some sort of boot camp style of workout and frankly was in a bit of a rut. Although I had never struggled with my weight throughout my life, I found after menopause that keeping my weight in check became a full time job. Even with reduced calorie intake and working out 3-4 times a week, it was a constant battle.

 

I started training with Nic about a year ago in a boot camp style class but did not start personal training with her until September of this year. What I can tell you is that the personal training with Nic has make a huge difference in how I feel and how I look. Nic has pushed me to do things that I didn’t think I would ever be able to do. I have a chronic knee injury and always felt like I needed to accommodate that in my workout. What Nic has done is push me to keep moving in a way that doesn’t further injure my knee but strengthens it to the point where I have so much less pain than before. The bonus of the workouts with Nic have been many.

 

Aside from weight and fat loss and just generally feeling better, my day to day activities have become so much easier because of my functional fitness level. Nic is a great trainer who understands the human body like no other trainer I have ever had. I have no problem recommending her to anyone who would love to feel better. She is amazing!
