Fascia Stretching Therapy (FST)

To put in the simplest of terms, FST is a manual movement therapy that is a table-based, assisted stretching protocol that is used to assist with mobilization, stretching and corrective movement training.


FST focuses on specific principals that help regulate the nervous system and aid the muscle, fascia, joint and nerves to return to a state of optimal function.

FST uses traction, breath work, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and joint oscillations to help the patient achieve a pain free treatment that helps with longevity, movements and ultimately a healthy lifestyle.

Functional Movement Techniques (FMT)

Basic and Advance Taping

with Rock Tape

FMT Taping is evidence informed modality that is used for enhancement of rehabilitation, pain management, proprioceptive guidance to enhance postural position and fluid dynamics.

It also works with the anatomy and physiology of myofascial lines, these fascial lines are used in conjunction with kinesiology taping techniques to support efficient human movement, rehabilitation of nagging injuries and overall longevity of movement.
