"I started training with Nic in July of 2014 to get in shape for my wedding; I was one of those brides that had purchased a dress 2 years before my wedding. As the date of the wedding drew near I was trying it on with my mom when my worst fear became reality; the zipper would not go all the way up and I was spilling out of it all over! After having a major panic attack in my car I went home to my fiancé and told him I needed help.
