At 212 Degree Coaching many of our clients came to us because they were tired and fed up with their situation. 

Some were looking for guidance, others for support. Some wanted to be healthy and live life to the fullest. Or to set a positive example for their children. To feel confident in their own body. Or to build strength and improve performance. We know the difference between our clients becoming successful or not comes down to attitude. Their attitude. Period. Their self-awareness, and ability to see who they truly are. How they align their actions with their goals. How they hold themselves accountable, and stay committed to the bigger picture. 

Is there a story are you telling yourself? Is there a belief holding you back from how successful you can be? Is there a narrative preventing you from becoming the best version of yourself? Do you even know?

It can be hard to know where to start with all the conflicting information out there. Pain, new or old injuries, and learning something new can be intimidating. Trying to figure it out for yourself can lead you so far down the rabbit hole it seems impossible and way too hard to start.
