CHRONIC PAIN RECOVERY

"Before starting with 212, I was dealing with major chronic pain and migraines.  I felt life was passing me by, while I was in pain. Since beginning with 212,  I’ve already seen a massive difference. Not in just the way I look, but more in the way I FEEL. I’m gaining more confidence, I’m able to give myself grace on days where I’m in pain or can’t accomplish everything that I want to. Coach Nic has shown me that, yes, it’s going to be difficult. Yes, it’s going to take time.
